The classic check-up: a snapshot of today
An executive check-up is built to find disease that is already there or about to appear. Mediclinic's Executive Plus package in Dubai (AED 1,700 to 4,500) is typical: blood tests, ECG, ultrasound, X-ray, a cardiac stress test and a session with a dietitian, all in one day.
At the top of the classic range, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi publishes three executive tiers: Standard AED 16,500, Premium AED 24,500 and Platinum AED 41,500, with extra days at AED 5,000. The price rises with the depth of imaging and the number of specialists, not with a different philosophy.
The longevity assessment: a baseline for the next ten years
Longevity offers keep most of the classic tests and add three things that rarely appear in an executive package.
- Fitness measured, not asked. Burjeel by the Beach (Abu Dhabi, AED 5,000 to 35,000) includes VO2 max and heart-rate variability from its entry tier.
- A "biological age". Longevium's Longevity Day in Dubai (from AED 5,000) includes a biological age estimate. Stand-alone tests such as GlycanAge (AED 2,100) or TruAge (AED 2,500) sell only this part.
- Follow-up over months. King's College Hospital Dubai's programmes (AED 17,500 to 32,500) last three to six months, with repeated physician and dietitian visits and labs repeated at 12 weeks.
The most expensive tiers add sleep studies, hormone and microbiome panels, a CT calcium score, whole-body MRI and DEXA body composition (Burjeel's top tiers), or genetic biological age and functional-medicine consultations (Maison Santé, from AED 10,500).

What this means before you pay
The extra money buys measurement of fitness, an estimate of biological age and, above all, follow-up. If a longevity package has no follow-up visit, ask what you get that an executive check-up does not. Our six questions before you book help you check this in writing.
We do not judge the clinical value of any test. Ask your own doctor which tests make sense for you.
