How the index is built
Four rules behind every number on this site.
What we include
Longevity, healthy-ageing, biological-age and biohacking offers sold in the UAE, plus two conventional executive check-ups as a benchmark. Providers with no public price are listed as "on request" so the map stays complete.
Where prices come from
The provider's own website first, otherwise press coverage or a public directory that states the price. We never estimate or average a price.
Updates and corrections
We re-check listed prices every month. If a price is wrong or an offer is missing, email data@longevityratio.com with a link; providers can ask for a correction the same way but cannot pay for one.
What we do not do
We do not rate clinical quality, give medical advice, recommend a provider or take any payment from providers.
The Longevity Ratio self-check
The self-check weights nine factors by their association with mortality in large published studies. Your health answers are processed in your browser only. At the end you can choose to share an anonymous summary, which we use only for aggregate statistics.
